Gently Tending Grief
A one-day workshop with Rev. Dr. Hilary Oxford Smith
When someone we love dies, our lives change forever. We can find it hard to express how we really feel with family and friends, to find the space and freedom to grieve in our own way, in our own time, and transition to a different way of living with our loss.
In a safe and supportive environment, you are invited to come together with others who are bereaved to enhance your well-being and nurture your mind, body and spirit through stories, poetry, music, blessings and smiles. There will also be the opportunity to learn more about how you can companion and support others who are grieving.
Saturday 10th October 2020 from 10am – 3.30pm
at Riverton Union Church, 126 Palmerston Street, Riverton 9822
To register your place, please email marionruda@xtra.co.nz
