Join Our Team at Hope Presbyterian!
Hope Presbyterian is searching for two dynamic and Spirit-led Pastors to join our church community. One role is as the Site Pastor at Hope West Melton and Halkett. The other is as the Associate Pastor at Hope Rolleston.
Hope Presbyterian is a multi-site church committed to the truth of God’s Word as revealed in the Bible, sharing the love of Jesus and living out our mission in real and impactful ways.
Our multiethnic and multi-generational church is dynamic and developing with over 1000 people meeting every Sunday across our sites. The West Melton/Halkett and Rolleston sites have new buildings to accommodate congregational growth. Our mission of Building Hope in a Broken World is reflected in our support of overseas workers, predominantly in South-East Asia, as well as through our local mission, with trusts and social enterprise working in the areas of social work, counselling, youth work, alternative education and funerals.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re seeking two people who thrive in team ministry and love bringing people together to achieve a shared vision. You’ll bring strong relational intelligence, an ability to inspire and empower others, and the theological depth to lead with wisdom and humility.
If you’re passionate about discipleship and pastoral care, and if you can communicate with energy, relevance, and authenticity across generations and backgrounds – we’d love to hear from you.

Live a vibrant Christian faith, grounded in love for God, for people, and for God’s Word.

Have theological depth.

Inspire teams with servant-hearted leadership.

Are passionate about evangelical ministry influenced by charismatic renewal.

Formal theological training is preferred, but if you’re on the journey of growing in this area, we’re committed to supporting your development.
